All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped (this will state order complete). Shipping times at checkout include this and items are posted the day following the order where possible. Next day items are posted same day if ordered before noon.

During the CWU postal strikes there may be delays to some services. Tracked 24 should be affected the least, but options for EVRi & FedEx are also available if this is an issue.

Christmas Delivery Dates (2023)

Last order dates for delivery in time for Christmas are:

Standard Delivery: Monday 18th December by 23:00
Royal Mail Tracked 24: Wednesday 20th December by 23:00
Evri: Wednesday 20th December before 10am
Courier: Thursday 21st December before 11am

Standard shipping is free. If you wish a faster service, the following UK postage options are offered:

Standard shipping is FREE and is usually sent Royal Mail Tracked 48, but in some situations other services may be used – such as 2nd class mail, 1st class mail or EVRi. This is usually to ensure the package will still reach you in a timely manner and Ooshky reserves the right to select the method most suitable.

Royal Mail postage is subsidised so is charged at £1.49 and will be either sent Tracked 24 or 1st Class small parcel.

UK Next Working Day is usually sent by FedEx but other couriers may be used to ensure fast delivery. Orders must be received before 12 noon so that they can be shipped same day and arrive the next working day. Next working day only applies to mainland UK. Any island deliveries (e.g. Shetland, Orkney, Western Isles etc) may take longer.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping, but aim to offer this soon. Please sign up to the mailing list at the bottom of this page for notification of this when we do.

Checking Order Status

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us to say order complete. If a tracked service has been used, you will also receive an email containing a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Orders can also be checked here and any tracking information will be added to this information. If you created an account, you can also access your order history in My Account, accessed via the link at the bottom of the page, or the person icon in the top menu.

Lost Parcels

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please take the following steps:

  • If Standard or Royal Mail shipping was selected – check with your local sorting office in the first instance. It is common that a delivery attempt was made but no card was left.
  • For all other methods please check the tracking details sent to you.
  • Finally please contact us at sales@ooshky.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns & exchanges up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the postage for the return. Please read our full return policy here.

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at slanj@ooshky.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
